品質管理　/ Quality Control

プロジェクト成果の品質確保と向上に加え、業務全体の効率化にもつながるよう、以下の視点からの品質管理を徹底する。
In order to improve the efficiency of our entire business, in addition to ensuring and improving the quality of project results, we will thoroughly implement quality control from the following perspectives.

1. 目標管理
   プロジェクトの目的を明確にし、適切な目標設定を行い、これに基づく品質管理を基本とする。
2. プロセス管理
   精度の高い工程計画を立案し、 重要段階ごとのレビューと評価によるプロ説管理を行う。
3. リスク管理
   プロジェクト当初段階で想定されるリスクを抽出し、それぞれに対してリスク軽減策や回避策などを事前に講じる。
4. コミュニケーションの重視
   あらゆる場面で、ステークホルダーと遅滞なくコミュニケーションを図り、リスク回避と適切なプロセス運営に役立てる。
5. QMSに沿った総合的品質管理
   上記を総合した「品質管理制度(QMS)」を定め、これに沿った品質管理行動を進める。

1. Goal Management
   We will clarify the project’s objectives, set appropriate goals, and base quality control on these.
2. Process Management
   We will develop accurate process plans and manage the process by reviewing and evaluating each important stage.
3. Risk Management
   We will identify anticipated risks at the initial project stage and take measures to reduce or avoid each risk in advance.
4. Emphasis on Communication
   We will communicate with stakeholders without delay in all situations, helping to avoid risks and operate processes appropriately.
5. Total Quality Control in Line with QMS
   We will establish a “Quality Management System (QMS)” that combines the above, and promote quality control actions in line with this.

環境配慮とサステナビリティ　/ Environmental Considerations and Sustainability

環境配慮とサステナビリティを実現するため、以下の視点に基づき行動する。
In order to achieve environmental friendliness and sustainability, we will act based on the following perspectives.

1. 環境配慮型の設計・計画
   • 低炭素かつ循環型社会への寄与
   • グリーンインフラの活用
2. 持続可能なエネルギーへの配慮
   • 再生可能エネルギーの活用
   • 省エネルギー技術の活用
   • 自然資源の活用
3. 自然と社会との共生
   • 生物多様性の向上地域
   • 住民参加によるプロジェクト形成
4. 知識と意識の向上
   • 環境学習による知識と意識の向上
5. EMSに則ったプロジェクト管理
   エコアクション21などを参考に、上記を総合した「環境管理システム(EMS)」を定め、これに沿った環境配慮とサステナビリティに関する行動を進める。

1. Environmentally friendly design and planning
   • Contribute to a low-carbon, recycling-oriented society
   • Utilize green infrastructure
2. Consider sustainable energy
   • Utilize renewable energy
   • Utilize energy-saving technologies
   • Utilize natural resources
3. Coexistence between nature and society
   • Areas that improve biodiversity
   • Project formation with resident participation
4. Increase knowledge and awareness
   Improve knowledge and awareness through environmental learning
5. Project management in accordance with EMS
   With reference to Eco Action 21 and other standards, we will establish an “Environmental Management System (EMS)” that integrates the above, and proceed with environmental friendliness and sustainability actions in line with this.
